Refund Policy

At RentTRX, our goal is to provide fast and reliable TRON Energy rental services. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all sales are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

No Refunds

All purchases of TRX Energy are final. Once the energy is delivered to your TRON wallet address, the transaction cannot be undone, and no refund will be issued.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

• Energy was not delivered due to a proven technical failure on our side.
• The transaction was charged incorrectly (e.g., double billing).

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the above conditions, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction at alekseii.surname@gmail.com and include:

• Your TRON wallet address
• Transaction hash
• Proof of payment

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
