Terms of Service

By accessing or using GasFree4you — including the web portal, Telegram bot, API, and any related tools — you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and this Legal Information page. Our AML & Sanctions Policy describes payment screening, address restrictions and review procedures.

• The service provides TRON energy delegation, AML screening, wallet tools, and related utilities. We do not control your external wallet or its private keys. Service payments may be received at service-controlled addresses and recorded as prepaid service credit.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws and regulations.
• You agree not to use the service for illegal transactions, money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by law.
• You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited or restricted.

02 — External Wallets & Service Payments

External Wallets & Service Payments

You retain control of your external wallet. GasFree4you does not request private keys or seed phrases and does not sign token transfers from your external wallet as part of energy rental.

Payments for services may be received at service-controlled blockchain addresses. Where prepayment is supported, your available service credit is recorded in our internal system and is separate from the on-chain balance of a particular address.

Control of your external wallet is distinct from our receipt and processing of service payments. Crediting and use of service balances are subject to the checks and restrictions described in the AML & Sanctions Policy. Prepaid service credit does not create a general cash-withdrawal feature.

03 — Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

We process data needed to operate the service, assess risks, handle enquiries and meet applicable requirements. The following summary aligns with our AML & Sanctions Policy:

• Data collected: IP addresses, browser information, public blockchain addresses, and Telegram or Google account identifiers, depending on the sign-in method. Relevant records may also include payment and order details, screening results, correspondence and review decisions.
• Purpose: service operation, security, fraud prevention, AML and sanctions screening, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements.
• Storage: the off-chain data and records described here are retained for up to 12 months from collection or creation, then deleted or anonymised; they may be deleted sooner when no longer needed. Longer retention applies only where required by law or necessary for a specific ongoing investigation, legal claim or binding preservation requirement, limited to the relevant records and period.
• Blockchain analytics: public addresses are submitted to Elliptic and BitOK, directly or through a service intermediary. IP addresses, browser information, Telegram or Google identifiers and identity documents are not submitted to those analytics providers as part of address screening.
• Resource delivery: providers receive the public recipient address and minimum order information needed to fulfil delegation.
• Law enforcement: relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities in response to lawful requests, limited to what is required or lawfully authorised. Other processing by service infrastructure is described in the Privacy Policy.
• User rights: you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Requests and any necessary retention are assessed under applicable requirements.

We do not sell personal data. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by GasFree4you. For further details, see the Privacy Policy.

04 — Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Completed blockchain transactions cannot simply be reversed. Refund eligibility for delivered services, failed orders and unused service credit is considered under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Users should verify wallet addresses and order details before confirming a request.

A payment or balance associated with a risk alert may be held for review. A refund may require verification of the payment, the claimant and a lawful return destination. We will not automatically return funds to an address where doing so would be prohibited; changing the destination does not bypass review.

A sanctions match, risk label or service restriction does not by itself mean that funds are forfeited or may be retained indefinitely at our discretion. Release, return or continued restriction depends on the review outcome and applicable requirements.

05 — Risk Disclaimer

Risk Disclaimer

By using GasFree4you, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• TRON network performance or fees may change due to network upgrades, congestion, protocol changes, or other network-level events.
• Transactions may fail if the receiving wallet is frozen, misconfigured, or incompatible with energy delegation.
• Loss of private keys or compromised wallets are the sole responsibility of the user. GasFree4you cannot assist with wallet recovery.
• The price of TRX and USDT is volatile and may affect the effective cost of the service in fiat terms.
• Smart contract limitations or on-chain errors may result in failed or partial execution outside our control.

GasFree4you provides technical blockchain tools and access to network resources. This description does not constitute a financial licence or determine the regulatory classification of the service. Applicable requirements depend on the actual activities and jurisdictions involved.

06 — AML & Risk Controls

AML & Risk Controls

Energy recipient addresses are checked against our internal sanctions database, blockchain-related address blacklists and adverse labels supplied by blockchain ecosystem participants. These labels are not necessarily official sanctions designations or records stored directly on-chain.

Service payments and top-ups are subject to sanctions, fraud-indicator and blockchain-risk controls. The depth and timing of checks may vary by payment type, service, risk indicators and customer activity. Checks may occur before or after crediting; enhanced analysis is not guaranteed before every top-up is credited.

Where the initial address check identifies a sanctions-listed or fraud-labelled sender, crediting is automatically blocked. A payment, available service credit, account or API access may be restricted while an alert is reviewed. Blocking credit does not reject or reverse the underlying blockchain transfer.

We may request an explanation, transaction records, evidence of wallet control, source-of-payment information or appropriate identity or business information. Never provide a private key or seed phrase. An unavailable screening provider or failed check is not evidence of low risk.

07 — Liability Limitation

Liability Limitation

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GasFree4you shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service transaction that gave rise to the claim, in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable.

08 — Indemnification

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GasFree4you and its operators, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Incorrect wallet addresses or instructions provided by you that result in failed or misdirected transactions.
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity carried out using the service.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

09 — Force Majeure

Force Majeure

GasFree4you shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption of the service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the TRON network, protocol changes, network congestion, or third-party infrastructure failures; regulatory actions or government orders; cyberattacks or security breaches affecting our infrastructure or third-party providers; natural disasters, acts of war, or failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the service and communicate the situation to affected users.

10 — Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

All content, interfaces, logos, branding, documentation, and source code associated with GasFree4you belong to GasFree4you or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may refer to GasFree4you by name in factual, non-commercial contexts — for example, when describing your use of the service. You may not use the GasFree4you name, logo, or brand in any way that creates an impression of official partnership, endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service or its content without prior written permission.

11 — Severability & Entire Agreement

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Legal Information page, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AML & Sanctions Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and GasFree4you. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

12 — Governing Law

Governing Law

The service operator is identified on this page as GasFree4you. This page does not assert incorporation in a particular jurisdiction or select an unspecified jurisdiction of incorporation.

Applicable law and the competent courts are determined under the rules applicable to the parties and their relationship, subject to any valid choice expressly stated in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this page overrides mandatory rights or protections.

13 — Excluded Jurisdictions & EU Notice

Excluded Jurisdictions & EU Notice

This service is not directed at, and is not available to, residents of the European Union or European Economic Area. By accessing the service, you confirm that you are not a resident of the EU/EEA. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you must discontinue use immediately.

Access to the service is also restricted from the following jurisdictions. This list is indicative and subject to confirmation with legal counsel:

• European Union and European Economic Area (all member states)
• United States of America and its territories
• Canada (certain provinces)
• United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong
• Iran, DPRK, Syria, Cuba, Crimea/Sevastopol

GasFree4you may restrict or terminate access if a user is identified as residing in an excluded jurisdiction. Any remaining service credit or refund request is assessed under the Refund Policy, the AML & Sanctions Policy and applicable law; exclusion alone is not an automatic forfeiture of funds.

14 — Sanctions Compliance

GasFree4you screens wallet addresses using its internal database of sanctions data. Current sources include:

Matches may lead to refusal, suspension or review under the AML & Sanctions Policy. The applicability of restrictions depends on the relevant law and circumstances; listing these sources does not mean every foreign sanctions regime applies identically to every user. An address absent from a dataset is not a guarantee of eligibility. Token-issuer blacklists and participant-supplied risk labels are distinct from government sanctions designations.

Users remain responsible for the requirements applicable to their own activity. If you believe a match or restriction is incorrect, request reconsideration at [email protected]. Refunds and any continued payment restrictions are subject to review and applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Legal Information page and any related documents at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes affecting user rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email or in-app notice where technically feasible.
