01 — Terms of Service

Terms of Service

By accessing or using GasFree4you — including the web portal, Telegram bot, API, and any related tools — you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and this Legal Information page.

• The service provides TRON energy delegation, AML screening, wallet tools, and related utilities. We do not custody or store user funds.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws and regulations.
• You agree not to use the service for illegal transactions, money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by law.
• You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited or restricted.

02 — Non-Custodial Service

Non-Custodial Service

GasFree4you is a non-custodial service. Users maintain full control of their wallets and private keys at all times. The platform never stores, manages, or has access to user funds, private keys, or seed phrases.

Certain services — such as instant energy rental — may involve blockchain transactions executed through service-controlled wallets solely for the technical delivery of the requested service. In these cases, no user funds pass through or are held in service wallets.

03 — Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and process only minimal data necessary to provide the service. A summary of our data practices:

• Data collected: account identifiers (e.g. email address), technical logs (IP address, browser version), wallet addresses submitted to the service, AML check results, support correspondence.
• Purpose: service operation, fraud prevention, AML screening, compliance with applicable law.
• Storage: data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary. Technical logs up to 90 days; support correspondence and AML results up to 12 months.
• Disclosure: we do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law, for AML screening, or for service infrastructure.
• User rights: you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable. Certain data may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or compliance purposes.

04 — Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of blockchain services, all transactions are final once executed on-chain. Energy delegation is applied instantly and therefore refunds are generally not possible.

Exceptions may be granted only in cases of proven technical errors on our side. Users are responsible for entering the correct wallet addresses and verifying all details before confirming transactions. No refunds will be issued in cases of sanctions matches or prohibited use.

05 — Risk Disclaimer

Risk Disclaimer

By using GasFree4you, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• TRON network performance or fees may change due to network upgrades, congestion, protocol changes, or other network-level events.
• Transactions may fail if the receiving wallet is frozen, misconfigured, or incompatible with energy delegation.
• Loss of private keys or compromised wallets are the sole responsibility of the user. GasFree4you cannot assist with wallet recovery.
• The price of TRX and USDT is volatile and may affect the effective cost of the service in fiat terms.
• Smart contract limitations or on-chain errors may result in failed or partial execution outside our control.

GasFree4you provides a technical blockchain infrastructure service only. We do not provide financial services, investment products, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial activity.

06 — KYC / AML Compliance

KYC / AML Compliance

GasFree4you actively screens wallet addresses against international sanctions registries as part of its standard operation. We may request additional information or verification before providing certain services, where permitted or required by applicable law, risk controls, or third-party provider requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without prior notice if a wallet or user presents unacceptable risk indicators or matches a sanctions list entry. Users who request AML screening through our platform acknowledge that wallet addresses will be submitted to third-party screening providers.

07 — Liability Limitation

Liability Limitation

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GasFree4you shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service transaction that gave rise to the claim, in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable.

08 — Indemnification

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GasFree4you and its operators, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Incorrect wallet addresses or instructions provided by you that result in failed or misdirected transactions.
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity carried out using the service.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

09 — Force Majeure

Force Majeure

GasFree4you shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption of the service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the TRON network, protocol changes, network congestion, or third-party infrastructure failures; regulatory actions or government orders; cyberattacks or security breaches affecting our infrastructure or third-party providers; natural disasters, acts of war, or failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the service and communicate the situation to affected users.

10 — Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

All content, interfaces, logos, branding, documentation, and source code associated with GasFree4you are the intellectual property of the operating entity and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may refer to GasFree4you by name in factual, non-commercial contexts — for example, when describing your use of the service. You may not use the GasFree4you name, logo, or brand in any way that creates an impression of official partnership, endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service or its content without prior written permission.

11 — Severability & Entire Agreement

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Legal Information page, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and GasFree4you. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

12 — Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity behind GasFree4you is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory laws of the user's country of residence require otherwise.

13 — Excluded Jurisdictions & EU Notice

Excluded Jurisdictions & EU Notice

This service is not directed at, and is not available to, residents of the European Union or European Economic Area. By accessing the service, you confirm that you are not a resident of the EU/EEA. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you must discontinue use immediately.

Access to the service is also restricted from the following jurisdictions. This list is indicative and subject to confirmation with legal counsel:

• European Union and European Economic Area (all member states)
• United States of America and its territories
• Canada (certain provinces)
• United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong
• Iran, DPRK, Syria, Cuba, Crimea/Sevastopol

GasFree4you reserves the right to terminate access without notice if a user is identified as residing in an excluded jurisdiction. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14 — Sanctions Compliance

GasFree4you actively screens wallet addresses and, where applicable, user identifiers against international sanctions registries. Current sources include:

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access at any time and without prior notice if a wallet address or user matches a sanctions list entry. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Sanctions list coverage may be updated as regulatory requirements evolve.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their own counterparties are not sanctioned entities before initiating transfers.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Legal Information page and any related documents at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes affecting user rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email or in-app notice where technically feasible.
