GasFree4you provides technical tools and access to TRON network resources. This description does not constitute a financial licence or determine the regulatory classification of the service; applicable requirements depend on the actual activities and jurisdictions involved.

Welcome to GasFree4you. By accessing or using our TRON Energy rental service — including the web portal, Telegram bot, API, and any related tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the related policies linked below. The service operator is identified as GasFree4you.
Our AML & Sanctions Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Legal Information page form part of the service terms, subject to applicable mandatory requirements.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately. Use of the service by persons under 18 years of age or the legal majority age in their jurisdiction is not permitted.
02 — Service Description
Service Description
GasFree4you provides temporary delegation of TRON Energy to wallet addresses in exchange for TRX payment. The service allows users to cover USDT-TRC20 transfer fees using delegated energy rather than burning their own TRX at the standard network rate.
Energy is provided subject to the duration and usage conditions displayed for the selected order. Availability may end when the stated period expires or a stated usage condition is reached. The order terms determine the service period; these Terms do not promise that a temporary delegation can never end or be withdrawn before a fixed time.
In addition to energy delegation, the platform provides complementary tools: AML and sanctions screening, multi-wallet dashboard, wallet statement generation, energy calculator, and a referral program. Each tool is governed by these Terms unless a separate agreement is specified.
03 — User Responsibilities
User Responsibilities
- You must provide the correct and complete TRON wallet address for energy delivery. Errors in wallet addresses may result in irreversible loss or failed delegation. Any refund request is assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring your wallet is technically able to receive delegated energy and that it is not frozen or otherwise restricted on the TRON network.
- You must not use the service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
- You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. GasFree4you does not have access to these and cannot assist with wallet recovery.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of this service is prohibited or restricted.
04 — Payments
Payments
Payments are made in TRX via the TRON blockchain. Prices are displayed before order confirmation. Payments may pay for a specific service or be recorded as prepaid credit in your internal service balance, as indicated by the selected payment route.
Top-ups and orders are subject to the AML & Sanctions Policy. The depth and timing of checks may vary according to the payment type, service, risk indicators and customer activity. Checks may occur before or after crediting; we do not guarantee enhanced blockchain analysis before every top-up is credited.
If the initial address check identifies a sanctions-listed or fraud-labelled sending address, crediting is automatically blocked. We may place a payment, available service credit or account under review, restrict further use of the remaining balance, and request supporting information. Blocking credit does not reject or reverse an incoming blockchain transfer.
A confirmed blockchain transfer cannot simply be reversed, but this does not by itself determine refund eligibility. Refunds are assessed under the Refund Policy, the AML & Sanctions Policy and applicable law.
A refund linked to a risk alert may require verification of the payment, claimant and lawful return destination. Funds will not automatically be returned where doing so would be prohibited. A compliance hold is not automatic forfeiture or a right to retain funds indefinitely at our discretion. Prepaid service credit does not create a general cash-withdrawal feature.
Send payment-review or refund enquiries to [email protected] with your account identifier, relevant address and order or transaction hash. No fixed review completion time is guaranteed.
GasFree4you may update pricing. Updated prices will be displayed before order confirmation; previously confirmed orders are not affected by subsequent price changes.
05 — External Wallets & Service Payments
External Wallets & Service Payments
You retain control of your external wallet. GasFree4you does not request private keys or seed phrases and does not sign token transfers from your external wallet as part of energy rental. Delegating resources to a public address does not give us authority to transfer tokens from that wallet.
Service payments may be received at service-controlled blockchain addresses. Prepaid service credit is recorded in our internal system and is separate from the on-chain balance of any particular address. Our receipt and processing of service payments is distinct from control over your external wallet.
06 — Blockchain Risks

Use of blockchain networks involves inherent technical risks. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Network congestion or delays may affect the timing of energy delivery or transfer confirmation.
- TRON protocol upgrades, hard forks, or governance changes may alter energy mechanics, pricing, or availability without notice.
- Transactions may fail if the receiving wallet is frozen, misconfigured, or otherwise incompatible with energy delegation.
- Smart contract limitations or on-chain errors may result in failed or partial execution outside our control.
- The market price of TRX is volatile and may affect the effective cost of the service in fiat terms.
07 — Prohibited Use

The following uses of GasFree4you are strictly prohibited:
We may refuse an order, restrict an account, API key or use of service credit, request additional information, or terminate service where prohibited use or an unacceptable risk is identified. The scope of action depends on the evidence and applicable requirements. Where legally and operationally possible, we will explain the restriction and next step. 08 — Disclaimer
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GasFree4you does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
We are not responsible for any loss of funds, missed transactions, failed transfers, or other damages caused by misuse of the service, incorrect wallet addresses, network delays, TRON protocol changes, or any technical issues outside our control.
GasFree4you provides technical blockchain tools and access to network resources. This description does not establish an exemption from regulation or represent a financial licence. Applicable requirements depend on the actual activities and jurisdictions involved. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or user rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
09 — Third-Party Services
Third-Party Services
GasFree4you uses third-party resource providers, blockchain analytics and infrastructure services. Energy recipient addresses are checked against our internal sanctions database, blockchain-related address blacklists and adverse labels supplied by blockchain ecosystem participants. Providers may apply additional controls and decline a request.
Public blockchain addresses are submitted to Elliptic and BitOK, directly or through a service intermediary, for risk assessments. IP addresses, browser information, Telegram or Google identifiers and identity documents are not submitted to those analytics providers as part of address screening. Resource providers receive the public recipient address and minimum order information needed for delegation.
We process IP addresses, browser information, public blockchain addresses and Telegram or Google identifiers, depending on the sign-in method, together with relevant payment, order, screening and review records. Relevant information may be disclosed to competent law-enforcement authorities in response to lawful requests, limited to what is required or lawfully authorised.
As set out in the AML & Sanctions Policy, these off-chain records are retained for up to 12 months from collection or creation and then deleted or anonymised, or sooner when no longer needed. Longer retention applies only where required by law or necessary for a specific ongoing investigation, legal claim or binding preservation requirement, limited to the relevant records and period. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by GasFree4you. See the Privacy Policy for further data-processing details and rights.
External datasets may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. A risk label is not conclusive proof of wrongdoing, and indirect exposure is not automatically equivalent to a direct sanctions designation. A low-risk result is not a guarantee of lawful activity. An unavailable provider or failed check is not a successful screening result.
We cannot guarantee third-party availability or accuracy. Use of a provider does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on GasFree4you.
10 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GasFree4you and its operators, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the service in violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Incorrect wallet addresses or instructions provided by you that result in failed or misdirected transactions.
- Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity carried out using the service.
11 — Force Majeure

GasFree4you shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption of the service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- TRON network outages, congestion, or protocol-level changes initiated by the TRON Foundation or validators.
- Regulatory actions, government orders, or sanctions measures that restrict or prohibit operation of the service.
- Cyberattacks, DDoS incidents, or security breaches affecting our infrastructure or third-party providers.
- Natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable human control.
- Failures of telecommunications networks, internet infrastructure, or electricity supply.
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the service as quickly as practicable and to communicate the situation to affected users.
12 — Intellectual Property

All content, interfaces, logos, branding, documentation, and source code associated with GasFree4you belong to GasFree4you or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service or its content without prior written permission. You may refer to GasFree4you by name in factual, non-commercial contexts. Use of the name, logo or brand in a way that implies official partnership, endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship requires prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to GasFree4you's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as described herein.
13 — Severability & Entire Agreement
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Legal Information page, and AML & Sanctions Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GasFree4you regarding your use of the service. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
14 — Governing Law
Governing Law
The service operator is identified as GasFree4you. These Terms do not assert incorporation in a particular jurisdiction or select an unspecified jurisdiction of incorporation.
Applicable law and the competent courts are determined under the rules applicable to the parties and their relationship. These Terms do not make an express choice of governing law or an exclusive court. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory rights or protections.
15 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the service.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email or in-app notice where technically feasible.
