Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how GasFree4you collects, uses, and protects information when you use our blockchain utility service for TRON Energy delegation, AML screening, wallet management, and related tools.
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. We do not store private keys or seed phrases — ever.
By using GasFree4you, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Reading or using the website does not constitute consent to optional tracking.

We do not collect payment card data, bank account details, government-issued IDs, or private keys of any kind.

- To process service requests and deliver TRON Energy delegation to the specified wallet address.
- To run AML and sanctions screening when requested, and to store check results for your reference.
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
- To maintain service reliability, detect abuse, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised use.
- To generate wallet statements when requested, using publicly available blockchain data.
- To monitor performance and improve website functionality and usability.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations, including sanctions screening and law enforcement requests.
On the homepage, with your marketing consent, Meta Pixel processes page visits, browser/device information and advertising identifiers to measure advertising effectiveness and may support personalised advertising. You can refuse or withdraw this consent through Cookie settings. Refusal does not prevent use of the homepage.
04 — Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:
- Legal obligation: when required by applicable law, court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority.
- Fraud and security: when reasonably necessary to detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- AML screening providers: wallet addresses submitted for AML checks are shared with our third-party screening providers solely for the purpose of generating a risk report. Providers are contractually prohibited from using this data for other purposes.
- Infrastructure partners: hosting and technical support providers supporting delivery of the service.
- Advertising partners: when you allow marketing on the homepage, information is sent to Meta, which may combine it with other information under its Privacy Policy. Processing may take place outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA.
- Sanctions compliance: in the event of a confirmed sanctions match, relevant information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities as required by law.
Wallet addresses submitted for AML checks are processed by third-party providers. While we select providers with strong data protection practices, we cannot fully control how third-party systems process data once a request is made.

The homepage uses Meta (Facebook) Pixel, ID 1109761751454293, only after explicit marketing consent. No analytics service is enabled on the homepage. Google Tag Manager and Yandex Metrica are not loaded there, including through noscript images or iframes. Before consent, and after refusal, the homepage sends no requests to these analytics or advertising services, including cookieless measurement requests.
Some other pages retain Yandex Metrica integrations. The homepage cookie controls do not control those pages or the separate user.gasfree4you.com portal. This update does not assert site-wide consent management. Yandex Metrica may collect browser identifiers, page visits and interactions; see Yandex's cookie documentation for its storage inventory and Privacy Policy for processing details.

This section describes the controls on the GasFree4you homepage (index.html). Cookies are small browser files; localStorage is separate browser storage. The homepage stores your choice locally for this origin, without automatically extending consent to user.gasfree4you.com.

Meta may also receive or set cookies on its own domains depending on your browser and Meta login state. Their availability and retention are controlled by Meta; see its Cookies Policy. Cookie lifetime is not the same as the retention period of information already received by a provider.
Your choice
“Accept all” allows marketing; “Necessary only” refuses it. In “Cookie settings”, necessary storage stays enabled and marketing is off by default. No unused analytics category is shown. Scrolling, following links, continuing to use the site or closing settings without saving does not grant consent.
You can change your cookie settings at any time. Withdrawing marketing consent revokes Meta tracking, deletes accessible _fbp and _fbc cookies and reloads the homepage if the Pixel was already loaded. We cannot delete cookies on Meta's domains or undo information already sent; your browser's privacy controls can clear third-party cookies.
We request a new choice after 6 months or a material change to the services or purposes (policy version 2026-10-19.1). If browser storage is unavailable, the homepage still works: optional tracking remains off until you explicitly allow it, and your choice lasts only for the current page. A later page load asks again.
Hosting, fonts, availability status and explicitly requested service calculations may require operational network requests independently of optional advertising. The cookie choice does not disable the service itself.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and routine security reviews.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage users to take their own precautions — including using strong passwords and securing their own devices and wallets.

The TRON blockchain is a public ledger. Any wallet address, transaction hash, or transfer amount processed through or associated with the service may be permanently and publicly visible on the blockchain, accessible to anyone worldwide.
GasFree4you has no ability to delete, modify, or conceal data that has been recorded on the TRON blockchain. This is an inherent property of the technology and is outside our control.
Wallet statements generated by GasFree4you are derived from this publicly available blockchain data. Generating a statement does not create or alter any on-chain record.

Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that rights related to blockchain data cannot be fulfilled due to the immutable nature of the public ledger.

Your Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses and contact details they provide. Errors in wallet addresses may result in irreversible loss of funds or failed energy delegation — GasFree4you cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
Users should be aware that all blockchain activity — including transfers made using delegated energy from our service — is publicly visible and permanently traceable by third parties, including analytics providers, regulators, and blockchain analytics firms.
